I understand that selling anything at Indiefest, requires this application to be approved and I must have a City of Detroit vendor license visible at the festival. If I do not have a vendor license, I can purchase it from INDIEFEST for $200).

I understand there will be an upfront $50 clean up fee that will be refunded to me after proper check out 5 business days after the festival. If my area is not cleaned and approved or I leave before approval, the clean up fee will be forfeited. All trash must be in proper trash bins with no debris left on the ground.

I understand that I must have a 10x10 tent.

I understand as vendor I am prohibited from selling water at Indiefest

I understand as a vendor at INDIEFEST, I am prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages of any kind. If I violate, my vendor license will be taken, I will be requested to leave the festival grounds without any refund of fees paid to INDIEFEST, and can never apply for INDIEFEST again.
