Attention All INDIEFEST 2025 Vendors

Final Deadline to Submit Permits: August 20, 2025

Hello...

We’re excited to welcome you to INDIEFEST 2025 on Sunday, August 24 in Corktown, Detroit!

To ensure you’re cleared to vend, you must submit all required permits and documents no later than Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Late submissions may result in losing your vendor spot with no refund — so please read carefully and act now.

What You Need to Submit:

Retail Vendors (fashion, merch, art, etc.):

• Detroit Business License or Temporary Vendor Permit

• Sales Tax Registration (if applicable)

Food Vendors & Food Trucks:

• Temporary Food Establishment License

• Business or Mobile Food License

• Certificate of Insurance (listing City of Detroit as additional insured)

• Certified Food Protection Manager on-site

• Passed Health Inspection (if required)
